Burning Mad now.... On the train to go visit Celeste with Emily. Just finished an Appt with a very "WILL BUY" prospect. And who had to walk up? Someone with a slight physical handicap.
Ok just to say first. I pity people with physical handicaps. I broke my finger before, fractured my leg also. So I can empathize with them. I was nowhere near their level of inconvienece BUT why must u insist on selling ur wares to people who are OBVIOUSLY doing business.
I TOLD HIM TO COME BACK TO MY TABLE IN 10 MINS AND I WILL BUY HIS HANDICRAFT FROM HIM, WHY THE F**K U HAVE TO INSIST I BUY NOW!!!!
And just to reiterate. I didn't not scold him,push him or whatever evil things people do to chase them away. I took out $10 and bought 2 of his stupid handicrafts so that he could f**k off. This disturbance lasted 10 mins. And salesppl shd know. Once a client cools down to think, he loses interest. He just stood up and said I'll think about it.
WTF!!!!! within 10 mins I lost a $6000 deal. Plus +$10 for 2 stupid handicrafts.
Who says it pays to be good?
