New Movie on the Blocks!!!!

This is second review of a same week,because for OMG since dun know when,i've been waiting for a Transformer movie.(^V^) It's finally here!!!!Caught it yesterday with Pohs and Ahgoh they all...And really was impressed...The all so familiar sound of the robots transforming to their alternate modes was so cliché... I mean like if you were to play that sound on the street,almost,and i dare to say almost everybody would recognise it...But nonetheless,it's so reminiscing to hear it all over again after all this years...Back to the movie...
The movie...well it does not do itself justice with the story plot,i mean like...it's Autobots V.S Decepticons forever fighting for something...How to change that?And this time,it's something called the Allspark...It is supposed to lend powers to create an army to whoever has it.And who else but Megatron needs it most?
However there is a slight twist to Transformers as we know it...For example,the robots only take their human vehicle forms when they come to Earth,that overthrows all previous notions that they were already in their vehicle forms when they came to Earth.Megatron whom people remember fondly as the gun with the big gun (yes,you got me correctly,the gun with the big gun) this time is re-portrayed as a plane...Hmm...Food for thought...
The fight scenes also happen a bit to fast for some people to grasp,and sometimes,i overheard people in the theatre wondering which robot is battling which robot,think a slight design change is needed...The worse part(if any,in this almost purr-fect movie) of this movie has to be the fact that other than Frenzy(the small irritating robot) and Bumblebee,the other robots take to long to appear and impress(about half the movie gone).When they appeared thou,i could hear people clapping all around me in the cinema(^V^)...I'll definitely be waiting for Part2!!!

Overall Rating:9.5/10 It's almost like the perfect movie to me...Only the fact that there are too little robots and that they take too long to appear causes this movie not to get a perfect 10 in my review...

Recommend to watch?:OMG definitely...If i only had money to watch one show this year,it would most probably be this one,although i still waiting to see how The Simpsons(movie) will turn out...It fares even better then Spiderman 3 to me.... Go grab your popcorn and enjoy this 2 hr blockbuster!!!

Movie review time!!!

This weeks movie review is late....I know,but no choice,have been busy for awhile...Anyway,this time,i'll be reviewing the Fantastic4(F4).
F4,this is the second movie of it's series and going by the ending,more will be coming...(^V^)
This time,the movie focus on the Silver Surfer,he's not an earthling by nature.However,he has one of the coolest surfboards you'll ever see and it's the basis of his powers...He's known to be one of the most powerful Marvel characters ever,of course with the godly exceptions of titans like Galactus,Apocalypse...
He came to prepare the world 'Earth" for his master(Galactus) to devour...but ended up helping to save the world and i mean entire world (as in the whole universe entire world)from the hands of Galactus.He forges a special friendship with the F4,esp Sue Storm...
Dr Doom(aka Victor von Doom) makes a return in this movie...As an Ally??? Watch it to find out.... Dr Doom will return all the way from Latvia to show why his help is needed by the Fantastic 4...
The part that really interests me is the chase between the Human Torch and the Silver Surfer...The chase scenes are good and the after-effect of when Johnny Storm is caught by the surfer is hilarious...He manages to gain the ability to switch powers with anyone and guess who is Happiest when he learns that Johnny got this ability???(^V^) It's comedic effect goes all the way to the show end...

Recommend to Watch?: Of course,this is Marvel's first and most famous super hero family in life...But i always wondered why are they the only Heros that walk around unmasked???The others all use masks to protect their identities leh...Hmm,they must be special nor....

Digging a big nose!!!!

Attached picture is of me bigging a really really big nose... This picture was taken when i went for the recent outing.Looks disgusting right?My action... but that was a really fun day for me.
Anyway,today's the second day of my class.Getting to finally know some of my classmates.Hope that before long,all of us can mix into one big group.Mass Comm seems like a great class,for our class today,we watched The Lord of the Rings part 1 during class as our homework...Wow,how many classes have you all ever been to that requires you to watch a movie as homework?
Gotta love Mass Comm...Best of all,we need to watch all 3 parts...During class time...Omg..Godly...haha,gotta go for dinner le,byez people...

Today is a Sunday....

Went on an outing yesterday.... Had a lot of fun and was an enjoyable day,wun forget the things that happened de.... I had a couple of drinks and was still able to drive,luckily... But good things always come to an end and it will all end tmr le... Wun be the same anymore,but at least had things to remember and think about.Ten days,nine days out of ten were happy ones... Not bad at all right,could have been worse.
Btw people,if you are happening to go to Sentosa anytime soon,got some advice i must give you.Go for the Songs of the Sea performance,it's top notch.However,the new attraction called Cineblast,where you actually go on a 3D ride as a tree log.It sux big time,expensive and not up to standard.I had a torrid time inside,but the company i had,made it bearable,in fact,it was the only reason i enjoyed the ride at all...
Will be wishing to go on a cruise next...What about you people? Anyone wanting to go on a trip?

5 days more!!!Countdown...

All the way.....Countdown to 5 days more,well,you might ask what this means but it belongs to the one most important day of my life.The period of this important day is different every year,but it always affect me the most,and every year the result is always the same.Heartbreak...(T-T)
Well,i finally managed to share my happiness for my Wii with someone le...Someone whom i think should deserve the accolade of being the first actual worthy person to share my joy of Wii...Hehe...Now can ask ahpoh they all to come over le...
Today went to eat at Chomp Chomp,we had sting-ray,la-la,salad you-tiao and one large cup of Sugar cane juice...Enjoyed them tremendously and the company of course... So people who haven been to Chomp Chomp in Serangoon Gardens,you should make it trip there... Have to be prepared to wait thou,cause seatings are actually quite few and far between...Esp,during dinner time...
Enjoy life people,like how i'll enjoy this last few days....Cheers...

Happy birthday to you,Pohs and Jesslyn

Today is the birthday of my best man nor...Coincidentally,his girlfriend Jesslyn shares the same birthday with him...Well to find a girl that has common interests with you is very difficult already,but to find one that has the same birthday?Now that's what i call pushing your luck,but my friend here managed to find one.Wish him all the best.
For his birthday party,it was planned la,Jesslyn purposely told him that she could not make it for the celebration at Kbox,but actually she planned that she would appear half an hour before we went home with a cake in her hands singing Happy Birthday.(BTW,apparently,she was late)...That was what actually she told me she had in mind la,however,me and another member of the party decided to get one for her also,we sourced for another cake for her.So that after she appeared with the cake,while they were cutting it for him,we would go and show up at the door with her own cake...That's why you see two cakes at the bottom of the picture...
'We' also got them a present,a handmade one nor...Comes with voice,house,birth cert and huggability...(Eh Pohs,be grateful hor,tell Jess i dun owe her anymore ah!!!unless she continue to work for me la...ok?)(^V^)

Finally got my Wii!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear people,as you are reading this,i most probably have finished typing my blog entry and am enjoying my time with me Wii now... Yes,i finally went out and bought my Wii already... Now can't get my hands off it.
Well,IT is kinda addicting,i mean like really addicting,addicting...You get my point...But the problem is,i wanted to share it with someone,someone whom i thought was close to me...(^v^)
However,i dun think that person wan to spend anymore time with me already.(T-T) Bi Chamd Khair Teh....
Today was Father's day celebration,people meeting up with their parents for dinner were all over the place.Some were asked to go,some did not celebrate,some celebrated alone,let's take some time to think about all this people...I couldn't find happiness this past few months and finally when i thot it found me,i was wrong...So even if i dun have happiness,at least,i hope that maybe i can help those i know find theirs...Even if it means that i have to sacrifice some joys in life,cause having two person happy will always be better then having one happy person only right?Nitez...

So longggggggg never do sales like this le...Today very tired nor....but at least not bad,got one sales.
After typing this i going to bath den sleep.... Recently,certain things i not convienent to say now happened to me...Some happy,some sad and some things that i have been waiting for....But i dunno whether this happiness is worth it anot,cause happiness to me brings sadness to others...
However,i managed to get ManU's 07/08 season schedule.... The final five matches sees them against Arsenal @Old Trafford and Chelsea @ Stamford bridge...What an end to a season....

Doing Starhub for today....

Hey,went to do starhub roadshow today....Not bad,i managed to get six sales,Angie had five,Amanda managed two herself...Angie,well her father was also there...To people who worked in MSH before,she's Ah Guan's daughter.Very,very,very young girl...
Anyway,back to more important things,went to look at more Wii system's today...Really very attracted to it...(T-T) But the prices all very steep nor,all in the $600+ range de...Maybe can find someone to sponser me?Hehe(^V^)
Tmr....I think it's gonna be a good day....Hope it will be the same for you people...Nitez...

Hmm...Miso Chicken....

Went to eat KFC's miso chicken today....Well,how to say,not really very fanatastic...But at least it tasted better then their previous what-cha-might-call-it,oh ya,KFC meltz....It really does have a misoeee taste.And went to look for Nintendo's Wii today,might get one so that i can puay at home...but it looks expensive(see attached picture) and hehe...no pirated version out yet leh....
There's a cheaper alternative thou,it's called the Xavi,(i think)....However,heard that the graphic sux and that it's a very limited game console only...If it can even be considered as a game console...(=...=)
Anybody around here i know own's one of this?Can feedback to me?
Btw,as i was looking around for the Wii today,happened upon a present that i bought for a birthday girl on July 27th...(^V^)Think she'll quite like it...

Pulled my Hamstring again!!! (T-T)

*sigh* pulled my hamstring again today when playing football...Now cannot walk properly again....Sadz...(T-T)
Now have to eat at home cannot go out eat,tah pau tah pau.... all the way....Anyway at least got things to do at home,can play my Grenada Espada...Hehe...Maybe gonna camp at home until my legs feel better...Or at least until i feel hungry,then go down tah pau again...(^V^)

Movie Review of the Week!!!

Here's Ocean 13....Danny(George Clooney) and team is back,and with a vengeance.Along together with Rusty(Brad Pitt) ,Linus(Matt Damon) and the rest of the team,they take on property tycoon Willy Bank(Al Pacino).
Bank had double-crossed one of the original Ocean’s eleven - Reuben Tishkoff (Elliott Gould) - Danny and the gang team up one more time to see if they can break “the Bank.”Plotting a revenge that consist of more than just metalling the dice,rigging slot machines,giving out sure win blackjack hands and fooling a VUP(very unimportant person) to get a poor hotel rating are just some minor things that the gang has to do....Not to mention planting insiders and bribing internal staff also...
The movie has also a few comical moments also,like when their drill that dug the English "chunnel" breaks down,what do they do?They go out to buy the drill that dug the same "chunnel" but this time,it belongs to the other side of the "chunnel",the French...WTF???
How about the part where the VUP uses the special glasses to check the cleanliness of his bed?Go catch the movie to see what he finds on his bed....(^V^)
Overall,the movie is not a bad break from all the past few weeks of action movies and prepares you for the upcoming period of week-after-week of action packed movies,starting with the F4 next week....

Overall rating:7/10(not a bad show,but honestly,it can get quite draggy at times...May cause drowsiness,do not watch if tired,might result in accidental sleeping)
Recommend to Watch:Yeah,why not...But if you planning to watch only a few movies in the upcoming weeks,you might want to skip this one and save your $$$ for the later blockbusters,a la-Transformers,Fantastic 4,Harry Potter:The Order of The Phoenix or personally for me;Simpsons:The Movie(^V^)

What a exceptionally extraordinary specially normal day for me...(=o=)6

Today finally got to play the Female Sangoku...Erm,how to say?Abit not up to what i expected leh...Maybe because i dun understand Jap words lah....But will try to play as much as i possibly can...(^-^)6
Other than that right,today was really an uneventful day for me.No big surprises or happenings...
(T-T) sadz....Gotta get up to see England play Estonia later,if England lose,then at least something will have happened in my day....Hehe... But how many of us really think there is hope for Estonia?For god's sake,i think they are lower down the Fifa world rankings compared to Singapore,which theorically means that Singapore have an even higher chance of qualification for Euro 2008 as compared to Estonia...(^V^)

Eating at Botak Jones...

Went to eat dinner at Botak Jones(Ang Mo Kio) today...While Pak and me were walking towards the coffee shop from the carpark,he fell into a drain...Well,most people might say that i didn't warn him on purpose,but the problem was that this time i did...It just happened so fast that when i told him to be careful of the uncovered drain,he was already inside it le...I tried to control my laughter,but it came out nonetheless....Today the queue at Botak Jones was long,but surprisingly,our orders came quite fast.We were told to wait for 45 mins to an hour...but it all came in 15 mins only...Hmm,why the big difference?I learned now that the cashier's instructions cannot be taken seriously...(T-T)
Anyway,after coming back from dinner,i installed my Granado Espada(GE) to play...It took some time to set-up but after setting it up,took sometime to adjust to the different gameplay...Which after that came quite easy...=)
But hor,dunno why leh,Pak was able to get himself killed without leaving LvL 1...Not an easy feat i tell you,i want to die at LvL 1 also cannot,haha....Will spend the next few days trying if this game is worth playing a not...Seems ok so far,except the teaming parts,too many characters le,hard to train all and play at the same time....

New Game!!!!

Spent most of the day at home today....So long never get to spend time at home,so managed to get certain pending things done=)
Anywayz,after clearing my things and room,had time on my hand and was introduced to this new game by a friend....It's actually the San Goku series game...However,there's a twist to it(^V^)
It's actually a female series of the game.Yes,that's right,that means you'll be seeing Zhang Fei,Guan Yu,Zhao Yun and Zhuge Liang all as females....Shiok right!!!
But hor...The beautiful Diao Chan is sadly a guy in this game(T-T)
Well,i'll be getting the game soon and once i've played it,will write out a review telling you people whether it's a good game anot.Ok,people?Cheers!!!!

tiring tiring tiring!!!!!

Woke up early this morning to play badminton again!!!
Today we went to play badminton at Bedok sports council hall...Wah,boh tai boh chi hor,we played for 5 hours.....Super sia....Pohs went to get a racket of his own liaoz,think i maybe wanna get one too... Cause it's going at a very cheap rate now for Rackets,Singapore sale mah....=)
Anyway,i think we all finally found a common activity to do together liaozzz....(^V^) Going to sleep now,falling asleep while typing this entry....Nitez guys....

Early Saturday Morning....

Morning Peepz of the world!!!!!
Today woke up earlier in the morning to prepare my last trip down to UOB(Tampines)...
*sigh* Although the people there some people feel are very "cold" towards outsiders,but there are a few who are really very friendly.... Esp the two security guards...=)
Alvin and Ahmad really very comical sometimes when they talk,they even told me which lady that comes in are Ah Long "runners"....Haha....
However,good times always end and my end there has come le...Hope to be able to work there again one day...
Anyway,yesterday office was a hive of activity nor....Jolin they all come back to work for the holidays....Qffice so long never so noisy already,hope it can last longer this time.Cause office very quiet for so darn long already,"macham" got ghost like that...Dunno if my own team of 楊門女將 will return one day anot???I wonder....
This time we'll be named:Team Super-cool,Awesome,Alpha Wolf,Dynamite Bomb Team....
(I just had to use this phrase from "Donkey" in Boots...Haha(^V^)....)Try saying it quickly ten times....
